Executive Governance
Use executive attention for outcome alignment, value validation and decisions.
An executive value review is a decision forum. It links customer priorities, outcome evidence, adoption barriers and future choices. The meeting's value comes from decisions and follow-through, not the volume of slides or a fixed calendar label.
Put it into practice
Agree the decisions and customer participants before building the review. Read the current success plan and benefit evidence.
Discuss changes in priorities, verified progress, unresolved risks and the choices requiring executive support.
Record each decision, accountable owner, due date and next evidence checkpoint. Update the plan immediately.
What good evidence looks like
A decision-focused agenda, customer-validated value record, decision log and tracked commitments.
WATCH FOR
A common failure mode
Replacing dialogue with a provider activity report or counting meetings as relationship quality.
What to measure
Decision closure, commitment completion and stakeholder participation appropriate to the decisions.
